1/2 cup raw quinoa
1/2 avocado
4 dates
1/2 orange
1/4 salad onion

1 tomato
Salt
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1 tbsp concentrated apple juice
