Today I will introduce you to the instructions for preparing and making the Spanish summer soup-Gazpacho. Refreshing ,tasty and really easy to make. Everyone like it, especially the small kids.
Ingredients
1 kilogram fresh and juicy tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1/2 head medium white onion
1 medium green pepper
1 medium cucumber (about 15 cm)
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea or table salt
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 whole wheat bread slice (any type of bread slice will work too)
