Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins

Gluten free blueberry muffins made with garbanzo bean flour. Protein filled on the go breakfast.

Ingredients

2 cups garbanzo bean flour
2/3 cup coconut sugar, unrefined
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. kosher salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
¾ cup applesauce, unsweetened
6 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup blueberries
