½ cup aquafaba (the liquid at the bottom of a can of chickpeas), whipped to soft peaks
1 tsp salt
1 cup white rice flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp xantham gum
4 tsp baking powder
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Toppings (optional): pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oats
