Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 White Onion
2 Roma Tomatoes or 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup Butternut Squash
½ Red Bell Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 ½ Cups Water (add more water if desired)
2 ½ Tablespoons Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
8oz Can Tomato sauce
3 Cups Chickpeas, rinsed
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
¼ Cup Cilantro
