Mint – Handful (1/4 cup-tightly packed)
Thick Curd – 1 cup
Green chilli – 1
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Chaat powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp or as required
Chilled Water – ½ cup
