A healthy dip made from edamame and lentils. A great alternative to hummus! Vegan and nut free.
Ingredients
1 cup edamame
1/2 cup cooked green lentils
1.5 tbsp miso
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt
