Papaya filled with yogurt, quinoa, nuts and fruit is a tropical and healthy treat for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 papaya
2/3 cups cooked quinoa
1 tablespoon maple syrup
12 ounces yogurt (I used vanilla non-fat yogurt)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup almonds (I used roasted and unsalted)
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
