Ingredients
3 green plantains
1 and 1/2 to 2 TBS olive oil
1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
1 medium zucchini, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced (any bell pepper works)
1/4 cup frozen corn kernels
1/4 cup frozen peas
2 scallions, chopped
2 large eggs, whisked
2 to 3 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch of five-spice powder (optional)
