2 Tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp ginger, minced
2 cups frozen (or fresh) vegetables
1½ cup sliced mushrooms (fresh)
1 package ramen noodles + seasonings
1 Tbsp sesame oil
soy sauce, hot pepper sauce
