Purple cabbage is paired with onion, mushrooms, broccoli and mung bean sprouts for a quick, delicious, colorful and fresh meal, perfect for when you are in a hurry!
Ingredients
half of a small red cabbage
1 handful mushrooms of your choice (I used button mushrooms here)
the florets of a small broccoli
1 small handful mung bean sprouts
1/2 onion (any kind is good here)
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger, approx. 1-inch long
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce (use GF if needed)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
fresh cilantro, chopped
sesame (or sunflower) oil
