I’ve been making this roasted garlic baked brie for years… YEARS! In fact, I made it for the very first Thanksgiving I spent with my husband’s family nearly a decade ago. Since then, it’s requested at every single family event we have.
1 whole garlic bulb
2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 round loaf sourdough bread
1 round (8 oz) brie cheese
1 loaf french baguette sliced
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried rosemary) OPTIONAL
assorted apples, grapes, pears, crackers for serving
