Moist and aromatic pâté with sauerkraut, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. A great nutritious sandwich spread or together with a big green bowl of salad.
Ingredients
1 cup millet, uncooked
2½ cup sauerkraut
1¼ sun-dried tomatoes in oil
½ olives, black or brown, pitted
¾ cup tomato pure
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp black peppar
1 tbsp maple syrup/agave or coconut sugar
