10 ounces soba noodles
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (see note)
1/2 cup reserved olive brine (from the can of olives)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2/3 cup ripe green olives, halved or chopped
3 stalks of scallions, sliced
