A vegan and gluten free shredded Brussels sprout, apple and pine nut salad lightly sweetened with maple syrup.
Ingredients
16 ounces Brussels sprouts
1 large apple
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup pine nuts
1-2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
A couple pinches of sea salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup (use the real stuff!)
