Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 pear, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tbsp golden raisins
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Sliced pear, hemp hearts, granola, etc for topping
