3 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp harissa
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Pinch of fine sea salt
Za’atar, for topping
