Ingredients
Quiche
1 15 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed
5 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup shredded fontina cheese, divided
⅓ cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, finely chopped
5 eggs
1 cup half n half or milk
1 pie crust, store-bought or recipe below
½ tsp Kosher salt
½ tsp dried basil
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Homemade Crust
1 cup flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 cup canola oil
1⁄4 cup ice water
