Vegan gluten-free crepes (oil-free). I’ve improved our popular vegan crepes recipe and now they’re also gluten-free, healthier and taste even better!
Ingredients
¾ cup oat flour (80g)
¾ cup buckwheat flour (100 g)
1 cup coconut milk (250 ml)
1 cup oat milk (250 ml)
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 banana
For the Filling:
3 diced apples
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Some frozen raspberries
Extra maple syrup
