Tangy Onion chutney with Tamarind to serve as side dish for idli/dosa.
Ingredients
Small onions/ shallots – 15 to 20
Tamarind – ¼ lemon size
Red chilies – 10 to 12 nos
Salt – as needed
To season:
Gingelly oil – 4 tbsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
