If you’re a garlic lover, then this recipe is for you! This recipe combines garlic and wild leek for a delicious focaccia that can be enjoyed with a soup or a salad, or on its own as an appetizer with a glass of prosecco (not for a first date though! 😉 If you fear that it will be too garlic-y to your taste, you can swap the regular garlic clove (though I don’t recommend it!).
1 portion pizza dough
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 or 2 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
approx. 10 leaves of wild leek (ramps)
2 tbsp + 1 tsp good olive oil
pinch of rocky sea salt
