Ingredients
8 sheets Filo dough
2 Yellow peaches
130 g Plain tuna crumbs
4 tbsp Pesto
1 dozen Kalamata olives
1 Burrata
A small handful Pine nuts
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
A few Basil leaves
Salt & pepper
