2 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp table salt
2 large eggs
⅓ cup canola oil or olive oil (regular, not extra virgin)
1 cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
2 tbsp milk of your choice
