Harissa Pizza Sauce:
1 jar 16 ounce tomatoes
3 tablespoons harissa
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons dried oregano
juice of half a lemon
salt & pepper to taste
Kale Pesto:
1/2 bunch kale, stems removed
juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup walnuts
2 garlic cloves
salt to taste
drizzle of olive oil
4 to 5 artichoke hearts, preferably jarred in water
5 pickled pearl onions
fresh basil leaves
fresh arugula
1 batch pine nut parmesan
