Asian Cabbage Wraps

A medley of fresh corn kernels, zucchini, carrots, and tofu wrapped in fresh savoy cabbage. These delicious wraps double up as the perfect side or main dish!
Ingredients
1 14-ounce package of firm tofu
12 savoy cabbage leaves, rinsed
1 and 1/2 TBS olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 medium zucchini, diced
1 ear of white corn, kernels removed
1 cup baby carrots, sliced
1 and 1/2 salt, add more to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 and 1/2 TBS hoisin (seafood) sauce + more for the wraps
2 TBS furikake (Japanese rice seasoning), optional
