A healthy snacking option, these beet and goat cheese quinoa patties are a great way to use up veggies, and also make for a delicious addition to breakfast or a salad.
Ingredients
Oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons
Quinoa, cooked (Alternatively, use Bulgur) 1 cup
Potato, peeled and boiled 1
Large Beetroot, peeled and grated 1
Chopped Spinach 3/4 cup
Oats, powdered 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic Paste 1/2 teaspoon
Goat’s Cheese or any other cheese of your choice 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
