Sweet Black Plum Summer rolls hit with the floral spices of pink peppercorns and star anise. They’re a super refreshing hot weather treat!

Ingredients

1 black plum, pitted and slice into thin wedges
1 green apple, cored and julienned
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
2 tsp pink peppercorns
1 whole star anise
1 tsp coconut sugar
4 rice paper wrappers
