Black vinegar asparagus and radish stir-fry

Inspired by a Sichuan dish, this stir-fry pairs sweet asparagus and radishes with sour black vinegar, spicy peppers and fragrant spices. A very quick and easy dish that can be served as main with rice, or as a side in a multi-course meal.
Ingredients
a dozen green asparagus
10 radishes or so
1 green onion
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger, the same size as the garlic clove
3 dried cayenne peppers (or less if you fear it will be too spicy, but I think it is still manageable!)
1/4 tsp allspice
2 tsp light soy sauce (choose GF if needed)
1 tsp Chinese black vinegar (check the label to ensure it’s GF if needed)
neutral vegetable oil
