Broccoli, cashew and orange stir-fry

A quick broccoli and cashew stir-fry with an orange and soy sauce. Sligthly sweet and tart, and perfect with soba noodles!
Ingredients
1 medium broccoli head
50 g raw cashews
the juice of half an orange
2 tbsp soy sauce (use GF if needed)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 big shallot
sunflower, grapeseed or sesame oil
