Grilled Romaine with Lemon Basil Vinaigrette, and Parmesan Cheese, Look for a large head of lettuce that is tightly held together. Clean and slice lengthwise into 4 pieces with the stem intact.

1 large romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup fresh basil leaves, slivered
8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shaved
