Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup white whole-wheat flour
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoons white pepper
2 eggs
