180 g Polenta
120 g Almond meal
90 ml Olive oil
100g Honey
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
200 g White chocolate
10 cl Single cream
a few slices of Organic lemon
Fresh elderflowers
