Carrot, potato and radish pickled in fermented mustard water.
Ingredients
3 liter Water / Paani
4 tbsp Mustard Seeds / Rai, coarsely ground
2 tsp Red Chilli powder / Laal mirch powder
One tsp Black Salt / black salt
salt to taste
1/4 tsp Asafoetida / Hing powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder
3 Carrot / Gajar
3 Radish/ Mooli
4 Potatoes / Aloo boiled
8 Green chilies/hari mirch
150 gms Yam/suran boiled
