1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/3 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 cup low-fat milk
2 tsp maple syrup
Pecans, powdered sugar, maple syrup or any toppings of your choice
