Ingredients
8 ounces tempeh, cut into 16 slices
1 teaspoon five spice powder
Olive oil spray
1 cup quinoa
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 6 ounce bag baby spinach
4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup fermented vegetables, kimchi or kraut
1/4 cup chopped and toasted
Toasted sesame seeds, for serving
