Ingredients
4 large beets, greens trimmed and discarded
1/3 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 plums, pitted and sliced into wedges
2 tablespoons basil, roughly chopped
1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
