Ingredients

1 cup cooked brown rice
1½ teaspoons olive oil, divided
1 link (about 3 ounces) vegan sausage link, cut into bite-size thin pieces
½ cup finely diced sweet onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
1½ cups kale, chopped and white parts removed
⅛ teaspoon ground sea salt
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
