8 slices bread, toasted and cubed
5 eggs
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup canned coconut milk (or more almond milk)
½ Tbsp cinnamon
½ Tbsp vanilla
2 cups strawberries, sliced
Coconut whipped cream, for topping
