1 small zucchini, sliced into 1/3″ rounds

1 small yellow onion, chopped into 1″ pieces
1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight and drained
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
2 tsp black pepper
