Ingredients
1/2 medium cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp za’atar
pinch of salt
200 g dried short pasta like penne or rigatoni
2 handfuls of arugula
2 tbsp roughly chopped almonds
To serve :
olive oil
za’ata
lemon juice or zest
