½ Cup Parsley
1 Tablespoon Mint
¼ Red Onion
3 Roma Tomatoes

3 Cups Baby Spinach
¼ Cup Fat Free Feta Cheese

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
