4 red potatoes washed skin left on
1 1/2 tablespoons good quality extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried parsley
