1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups oats
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, miniature chocolate chips, cranberries…
