An quick and easy tofu stir fried inspired by a Vietnamese dish. Serve with a bowl of rice for a comforting Asian meal!
Ingredients
200 g firm tofu
1 lemongrass sprig
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, use GF if needed
1 tbsp sugar
pepper
neutral vegetable oil
1 small carrot, julienned and/ or a few strips of red pepperbell (optional)
1 green onion (optional)
fresh cilantro, to serve (optional)
