A flavorful, spicy and simple sauce made of San Marzano tomatoes, e.v.o. oil, garlic, chili flakes and parsley to coat al dente penne pasta.
Ingredients
800 g (1 can) San Marzano Tomatoes D.O.P.
4 Tbsp e.v.o. oil
1 garlic clove, smashed
1 tsp peperoncino (chili flakes) or more depending on what kind of heat you want
salt
fresh parsley, chopped
400 g pennette (or penne) pasta
